On Site Personal Training Package:

 

 

·         2, 3, 4, or 5 workouts per week on site

 

·         Top of the line and easy to follow nutritional info with great tasting recipes

 

·         Weekly diet log evaluation for each member

 

·         Body composition progress is kept weekly (body fat percentage)

 

·         Boot camp manuals: recipe book, grocery list, supplement guide, diet and nutrition guideline and keys, and at home workout guide

 

·         Member’s Zone access on our web site includes: article library, video library, and forum for all the questions you could possibly have to ask.

 

·         Wellness worksite tips and counseling

 

·         Competition charges around $100/ hour in this area for small group or personal training sessions; we charge less than half!  We also offer more in bonuses and services than any other provider!
